Complaint Resolution
Students enrolled in a distance education program at Central Bible University should first attempt to resolve complaints informally by speaking with the appropriate faculty, staff, or administrator. If the complaint is unresolved, the student may file a formal grievance against the school and submit the complaint in writing to Dr. Arthur Rawlings, Vice President of Academics, at Arthur.Rawlings@CentralBible.edu or by mailing it to Central Bible University, 911 East Urbandale Dr., Moberly, Missouri 65270.
The school will review the grievance and make a determination within 21 days. If the student is dissatisfied with the resolution offered by Central, the student may contact the Missouri Department of Higher Education for information on filing a formal grievance.
